Stella808 is a plank-pattern European Oak engineered hardwood floor, 5/8 in thick, from the Stella series. Its real-wood wear layer is 4 mm. Grade: ABCD+. Each plank measures 10.25 in × 86.61 in. Installation: Staple; Nail; Glue; Float. One box covers 36.94 sq ft with 6 planks.
This floor is sold by the carton, not by the square foot, and the price above is the price of one box. The specification lists what is in it: the plank size, how many planks, the square footage a box covers, the thickness and the wear layer. Order a little more than the room measures rather than a little less: boxes from one production run share a batch, and a later box can differ slightly in shade. Keeping a spare box after the fit also means a damaged plank can be replaced years later from the same run.
